Instead of hiring local haulers right away, and to minimize local landfill impact, they’re willing to sell their items to the first buyer who claims them—while the clock is ticking and prices keep dropping, sometimes every few minutes and sometimes every 5 seconds.
How Claiming Items Works:
1- Browse local listings
​Explore items near you as their prices automatically drop over time—listings run on strict time limits, from as short as 1 hour to a hard maximum of 72 hours.
2- Claim the deal
When the price feels right, claim the listing and pay a small deposit to lock it in—before someone else does.
3- Pick up and pay the rest
Coordinate pickup with the seller, complete the final payment, and take your find home.
